Paper submission form

Participants are cordially invited to submit abstracts or short research papers (up to 6 pages), prepared according to the following template:

Only registered participants can submit abstracts and papers, so it is necessary to register first in order to obtain registration ID.

The deadline for submitting abstracts and papers is 12 March 2018.

Abstracts and papers will be evaluated by the Scientfic Committee and a notification of acceptance will be send to the authors before 28 February 2018. Conference proceedings containing accepted papers and abstracts will be distributed to the participants in electronic and printed form. Contributions will be included in the proceedings on condition that at least one author pays the conference fee before 30 April 2018.

Besides conference proceedings, accepted papers will be published in an online journal E3S Web of Conferences (indexed in the Web of Science database).

Full research papers can be submitted to a post-conference issue of Geological Quarterly, open-access journal indexed in Journal Citation Reports.

Authors are kindly asked to specify their preference for oral or poster presentation, although this choice is not binding and the final decision about the type of presentation will be made by the Scientific Committee.

Authors are also asked to choose one or more topics covered by their contribution, in order to facilitate the review process and planning conference sessions.
