Mercure hotel booking info

Booking can be made either by email: H3390-RE@accor.com (remember to give the preferential code SWIM18) or using webpage http://accorhotels.com, as described below.

The guaranteed price for SWIM participants is 350 PLN per night (single room) or 390 PLN per night (double room) if the reservation is made by 15 April 2018. This price option is available upon giving preferential code "SWIM18".

The reservation made using "SWIM18" code can be cancelled free of charge until 17 April 2018. After this date the cancellation cost is equal to the price of a single night.

Please note that depending on the time of booking lower room prices are also available, however the conditions of such offers are less advantageous (e.g. no possibility of cancellation, no breakfast).

Open webpage http://accorhotels.com, type "MERCURE GDANSK STARE MIASTO" as the hotel name or start typing "GDANSK" and choose the hotel name from the dropdown list, as shown here:

Choose the dates of your stay, the required number of rooms and guests and click "Additional criteria..." at the bottom of the form (if the lower part of the form does not show on the screen just click in the field with destination name:

In the field "Preferential code" type "SWIM18" and click search.

The first offer on the list of results is the offer for SWIM participants, i.e. 350 PLN per night per single room. This offer includes breakfast and the possibility of cancellation before 17 April 2018. You can scroll down the list to see other types of rooms. If you click on "More available rates", you will see other price options. Please note that some of them may be cheaper than the SWIM offer, however they typically do not include breakfast and it is not possible to cancel the reservation. The choice is up to you.
